General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and contracts concluded through the Moneyfesting online shop. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized unless Moneyfesting expressly agrees to them in writing.

3. Conclusion of Contract (1) The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. (2) By submitting the order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase. (3) The purchase contract is only concluded upon order confirmation via email or upon delivery of the goods.

4. Prices & Payment (1) All prices are quoted in euros and include VAT. (2) Payment is made using the payment methods listed in the online shop. (3) In the event of late payment, Moneyfesting reserves the right to charge reminder fees.

5. Delivery & Shipping (1) Delivery takes place within the EU to the address provided by the customer. (2) Delivery times are stated in the online shop. Delays will be communicated to the customer immediately. (3) Moneyfesting assumes no liability for delays caused by third parties (e.g., shipping service providers).

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns (1) Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. (2) The goods must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. (3) The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the goods are defective. (4) The processing costs for each return order amount to EUR 5.90 and will be deducted from the refund.

7. Warranty & Liability (1) The statutory warranty rights apply. (2) Moneyfesting is not liable for damages resulting from improper use or care of the products. (3) In the case of legitimate defects, a repair or replacement will be offered.

8. Data Protection (1) Moneyfesting processes personal data only within the framework of the statutory data protection regulations. (2) Customer data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for the execution of the contract.

9. Final Provisions (1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. (2) Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. (3) The place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be the registered office of Moneyfesting, to the extent permitted by law.
