- After you have placed your desired items in the shopping cart and specified a payment method during checkout, an order confirmation with the order number will be sent to the email address you provided.
- Your invoice will be automatically sent in a separate email after submission.

If you cannot find the order confirmation or invoice, please send an email to help.moneyfesting@gmail.com so that we can send you your invoice.

Standard orders are typically shipped within 2 to 4 business days of receipt. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with your order's tracking number.

- You can place orders Cancel within 14 days of receipt and return to us free of charge via DHL .
- We do not cover the costs of returns outside of Germany, Austria & Switzerland
-For returns outside the EU, it is imperative that they be correctly declared as a return . If the return is not correctly declared, we reserve the right to charge any costs incurred (customs, sales tax).
- The processing costs for each return order amount to EUR 5.90 and will be deducted from the refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot change your order after it has been placed. However, as long as your order status is set to "open," we can cancel the order and refund your money so that a new order can be placed with the correct size/item.
Cancellation is only possible if the package has not yet been shipped.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- You can return the item within 14 calendar days of receiving it.
- We don't offer an exchange service. If you wish, you can return the item and place a new order.
- The items to be returned must be in perfect condition (original condition); they must not have been used and must be returned complete and intact as they were when they were first delivered (packaging, labels, etc.).
- The refund will be processed once the items have been received and inspected . This process may take 5 to 7 business days.
