Shipping conditions

1. Shipping areas We offer worldwide shipping.

2. Shipping costs
- Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Italy, France, Spain, Belgium & Luxembourg: €5.90
- Switzerland: 9.90 CHF (duty-free delivery)
- Other countries within the EU: €9.90
- Other countries outside the EU: €19.90 (no duty-free delivery)

3. Delivery times
- Germany: approx. 2-4 working days
- EU: approx. 2-8 working days
- Outside the EU: approx. 10-14 working days
- The stated delivery times may vary due to external factors such as holidays or delays with the shipping service provider.

4. Shipping service provider : Our orders are shipped via DHL. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

5. Shipment tracking After the goods have been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link so that you can track the status of your order at any time.

6. Partial Deliveries If an item from your order is not immediately available, partial deliveries may occur in exceptional cases. Additional shipping costs will not apply.

7. Delays & Non-Delivery Should there be any delays or non-delivery, we will notify you immediately by email. If the package is returned to us due to incorrect address information or non-collection, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately at help.moneyfesting@gmail.com. We will clarify the issue with the shipping provider and find a quick solution.
